Can I use the massage gun while it is plugged in?
No, it is not recommended as it can damage the battery. Keep your massage gun shut off while charging.

What is the EZ-X massage gun Stall Force?
The EZ-X massage guns have a no stall force of 55 lbs.

What are the 4 rubber rings that come inside the package?
Each attachment head has a rubber ring on the insert side. It is possible that after a long term use the rubbers can wear out and you can exchange them with these spare rubber rings.

Can the EZ-X Premium Massage gun be used in countries that have 220v eletricity outage?
Yes. The charger is 110v-250v and the device is 110-240v, 50/60 mhz. With the right converter it can be used in countires that have 220v as well.

What is the EZ-X Premium Massage Gun RPM?
The minimum RPM on the lowest speed level is 1200 and the maximum on the highest level is 3200.
